One day I woke up and realized that I was 50 years old and just like many others, I wondered where all the time went. I certainly hadn't accomplished everything I set out to accomplish in my life, but my life was far from being over. I had to get myself together, so I lost weight (yeeaaa!) and began to take life a little more serious (only where business was concerned (LOL)). I realized that the breath that I had just taken, was someone else's last, and started looking at life differently. That was four years ago. I am now 54 years old. Who am I? I am a writer, a poet, an artist, a student, a mother, but mostly, I am a woman and my name is Adele. My plans are to use the rest of my life to make a difference through the words I write and the words I speak. Words, I believe, are seeds that we plant. It has been proven that what we say about ourselves will come to be.
